    How fast do you respond to helpdesk tickets?

    Critical issues (business down, server offline, security incidents) get a response within 15 minutes during business hours. Standard issues are typically picked up within 30 to 60 minutes. Most user-level problems (password resets, email, printing, VPN) are resolved on the first call.

    Is helpdesk remote, on-site, or both?

    Both. The majority of issues are resolved remotely, which is faster for your team and lower cost for you. When something requires hands-on work (hardware swap, server installation, network cabling, office relocations), we dispatch an engineer on-site.

    What if I already have an internal IT person?

    We work well alongside internal IT. Your in-house person handles the day-to-day institutional knowledge, and we provide overflow capacity, after-hours coverage, specialty work (security, cloud, server projects), and an escalation path. Many of our clients use this hybrid model.
